SHIPPING COSTS
El costo de envío es gratis por compras superiores a $70.000 COP (Solo aplica para Bogotá), para compras inferiores a $70.000 pesos el costo del envío a Bogotá es de $4.000 COP, hasta 3 kilos. Al resto del país el envío es gratis por compras superiores a $80.000. Para compras inferiores el costo varía entre $10.000 y $15.000 dependiendo de la ciudad.
Shipping Responsibility
Once we make the shipment, we will contact the customer through the mail informing him that the shipment was dispatched, both in Bogotá and in the rest of the country.
If the address is incorrect or the customer is not at home, MAKI CACAO is not responsible and the customer will bear the additional costs.
Delivery Term
The delivery time is 2-4 business days depending on availability and the destination city. In general, it takes no more than 2 business days.
